Through our detailed and thorough initial discussions, we gain a clear and full understanding of our clients requirements. Then by providing a unique property selection that would otherwise be impossible to find in one place, we can save them both time and money. We can show some properties that would never be openly advertised, and others, before they become available to the market. Our philosophy is to remain impartial throughout, and we differ from the traditional estate agency by not favouring or pushing any particular property. We charge an initial advance fee which will be fully refunded on the completion of a successful purchase. This covers a period of search for up to four months, during which time we supply our clients with details of as many properties that can be found to correspond with their brief. We can also visit selected properties on our clients behalf, and acting as their eyes and ears, report back with any further observations as required. Accompanied viewings can be arranged, as well as assistance with the co-ordinating of any travel arrangements and accommodation.
