feesWith our personal property search, our advance fee covers a search for up to four months. The charge is 0.3% of the property search budget, for properties up to and including £1 million. Over £1 million up to and including £4 million the charge is 0.25%. For properties above £4 million, the fee is by negotiation. These fees will be reimbursed in full on the successful purchase of a searched property, as we will be paid by the seller, leaving you to have received our service free of charge. Our luxury item search is charged on a case by case basis. |
